oh, just to let you know, the clip art is okay for commercial use as long as:
1. they’re not sold as clip art
2. not incorporated into your digital freebies
3. not incorporated into a blog/website template

other than that, you can use them to embellish your commercial pages for free.

I have downloaded these tape strips but want to use one strip at time. How did you separate the strips when they are downloaded in sets of 3?

Hi Emily, I opened them in Photoshop, selected each piece of tape, and put in in a new layer. Hope that helps!
