Neutral Density Filter on Steroids!

I love reading about creative DIY photography solutions. The 10 stop Neutral Density filter aka Welding Glass, has to be today’s favourite!

Due to severe colour casts welding glass will create , it’s best to use this method for Black & White photography only.

Hi Pauline, you can try the “shade 10” welding glass, and probably get this from Builders Warehouse or a similar building store, or maybe your hubby might have some in his toolbox. Remember this is a “hack” so the quality won’t be superior, but it will do thie trick and give you some interesting results ;-) If you try this, please post a link to the image? Happing snapping!

Thank you. I will certainly do that when I get around to taking the picture. Uhmmm hubby not into welding…. I think.
